Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Pricing

All classes and passes for Rasa Flow Yoga Ltd. are non-refundable and non-transferable.

GST is not included in prices listed on the Rasa Flow Yoga website or posted rate sheets. All prices are in Canadian currency.

Products

Yoga-related Products and Accessories (includes Books, CDs, and DVDs) – Returns are valid only for products that have not been opened, used or damaged. Products which are defective or damaged upon arrival may be returned immediately for exchange or refund. Any defective products may be shipped COD to Rasa Flow Yoga for exchange or refund. Returned products must be received within 14 days of original shipping date.

Clothing – Refund terms for Yoga-related Products and Accessories (see above) apply. Rasa Flow Yoga Ltd. does not provide refunds for sizing discrepancies; please read the sizing chart carefully.

Privacy

Rasa Flow Yoga Ltd. respects your privacy and pledges to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. We never share or sell your information to third parties. Rasa Flow Yoga Ltd. has taken ownership of Bound Lotus Meditation & Yoga Centre and the contents of its website, including email lists and membership information, effective July 1, 2014.
