Private Yoga Session

  • Private yoga sessions are appropriate if:
    • Your doctor recommended yoga
    • You are not comfortable in a group class 
    • You need modifications due to a past injury
    • You have an illness and you require one-on-one attention
    • Your alternative practice maybe chair yoga or wall yoga
    • You are pregnant
    • You would like a home practice that suits your needs
    • You would like to deepen your practice
    • You need additional yoga training/mentorship

Private yoga sessions are tailored to each person’s individual needs so one can restore the natural capacity for self-healing. 

Tools & techniques are taken from Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing practices). 

Our private yoga teachers have several years of training and experience in applying yogic tools to improve health and healing.

Private yoga sessions will address the following:

  • Structural Alignment or Correction
  • Body Pain Management: neck, shoulders, spine, lower back, hips, knees, ankles, feet etc.

Our Rates are:

  • Initial Consultation: 45 – 60 min – $60
  • Private Sessions:  60 min – $60
  • Group Sessions: 60 min – $120 or more
