Voice of the Soul
55 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training
with Donna Alstad

Become a Teacher and a leader who reflects the natural wisdom and truth
contained within you. The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga brings a history and
line of transmission forward to us with which we can practically apply to our lives
and share with others. It is like a key to tap into our full creative potential. In
these rapidly changing, highly pressurized and chaotic times becoming the best
we can be is more vital than ever before.
The practice of Kundalini Yoga is one of the fastest, most effective ways to
become more conscious and to align our body, mind and soul. Whatever our
personal limitations are, this technology gives an extra dimension to let us reach
around those limitations, inviting into our practice both the pranic energy and the
diagonal energy that cuts across time and space.
