Private Yoga Session

Private yoga sessions are appropriate if:
- Your doctor recommended yoga

- You are not comfortable in a group class
- You need modifications due to a past injury
- You have an illness and you require one-on-one attention
- Your alternative practice maybe chair yoga or wall yoga
- You are pregnant
- You would like a home practice that suits your needs
- You would like to deepen your practice
- You need additional yoga training/mentorship

Private yoga sessions are tailored to each person’s individual needs so one can restore the natural capacity for self-healing.  Our teachers have several years of training and experience in applying yogic tools to improve health and healing.  Tools & techniques are taken from Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama (breathing practices).

Private yoga sessions will address the following:
- Structural Alignment or Correction

- Body Pain Management: neck, shoulders, spine, lower back, hips, knees, ankles, feet etc.
- Restore healing in the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic body
- Improve strength, flexibility and mobility

Our Rates are:
- Private One-on-One Sessions are $100 per hour

- Group Sessions: starts at $150
