Participate in group discussion and build relationships. Treat yourself with Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Journaling and Intutivie Group Readings that activate your 3rd Eye, Ajna Chakra. Rates Per Person:
Single Room : $900+tax = $945 per person
Shared Room: $700+tax = $735 per person - please bring a friend

  • Yoga classes & group sessions are not mandatory. You may choose to: explore the property / journal / meditate / sit by the lake / swim etc. 
  • Gluten Free or Vegan Meals cost extra.  Please advise us when booking. 
  • Yoga mats and props will be provided.  If you would like additional yoga padding please bring an extra yoga mat to layer. 
  • Sheets, blanket & pillow included.
  • Please bring a journal and a pen
  • Please bring a food container if you want to pack some food for a late night snack.  Breakfast: 8:30am, Lunch: 12:30pm, Dinner: 5:30pm

The schedule below is not set in stone.  We will do our best to follow the schedule taking into consideration we are working with participants who are coming with a retreat mindset and retreat setting. Please be flexible to flow with us. Have fun and stay light hearted. Thank you. 

Friday 

 3:00 - 3:30   Arrive and explore the property
3:30 - 4:00   Help Ayesha & Sophia set up the yoga room - mats & bolsters

 4:00 - 5:30   Opening Circle & Body Care Yoga – with Ayesha
 5:30 – 7:00   Dinner
 7:00 - 7:30   Downtime

 7:30 - 8:30   Full Moon Meditation / Journaling / Intuitive Circle with Sophia
A safe atmosphere will be created so we can connect with our 3rd Eye Chakra.  We will raise our vibration and travel up to a higher dimension to receive messages for ourselves.
Using Tarot / Oracle Cards we will give and receive messages.  This is a great opportunity to activate or connect with your Psychic Senses / 3rd Eye, Ajna Chakra. 

 8:30 - 9:30   Sound Healing with Sophia
You will lie on your back peacefully (yoga pose: Savasana) and receive healing vibrations from a variety of instruments such as the Gong, Singing Bowls, Drums and Chimes.

Saturday 

      7:00 - 8:15   Sunrise Yoga & Meditation with Ayesha
     8:30 - 9:45   Breakfast
   9:45 - 11:30   Nature Walk / Silent Time
11:30 - 12:30   Workshop
  12:30 - 1:45   Lunch
    1:45 - 2:45   Group Work – with Dave Jonsson
   2:45 - 4:00   Nature Walk / Silent Time
   4:00 - 5:30   Yin Yoga with Ayesha
   5:30 - 7:00   Dinner
   7:00 - 7:30   Downtime
