Loving-Kindness Meditation:  Cultivating compassion and emotional well-being through loving-kindness practices.

Walking Meditation:  Integrating mindfulness into movement with walking meditation.

Concentration Meditation: Techniques to enhance focus and concentration, including Candle Gazing (Trataka).
